Student
Council & Government
Representatives to the council
are elected from grades 1-8. The students sponsor many different
activities throughout the year including community service projects
such as can food drives - this year our 8th graders collected more than
1000 cans alone – bringing our schools total to more that 3000 cans!
The Council has also sponsored children from other countries, collected
diapers and baby supplies for single parents in need, personal items
for those that are incarcerated and much more. Student Government also
sponsors, mid-school dances, promotes school spirit and assists with
Home & School Associate events and fundraisers.
