    • During aftercare, you may reach the aftercare room by calling the school main number: 256-3167.

    • For the safety of our students, when you drop off students in the morning and and pick up students in the afternoon, please enter the OLA parking lot from the northeast corner (Tennessee St) and exit at the southeast corner (Tennessee St).  If necessary, you may also exit between the gym and Church south to Fruit Ave.  Please do not enter from Fruit Ave.  See the diagram below.
    • Please pull up as far forward as possible in front of the gym before you drop off your children so that others behind you can drop off at the same time.

    • We are attempting to place all Thursday Envelope information online as an optional resource for parents.
    • Website
      • The website is accessed here with the "Envelope" link to the upper left on the Parent/Guardian web area, parent.olacs.org.
    • Email List
      • An email list to which you subscribe so the school can send you information as needed.  You may subscribe one or more email addresses such as your work, home, or pager.
      • Who sends email to the list?  Only OLA office staff can send emails to this list.
      • How to subscribe:  Send an email to ee@olacs.org from the email account you wish to subscribe.  In that email, provide your name and the names and grades of your students so we can keep track of specialty email notices.  You will obtain an email upon subscribing that that you must take action with or your subscription will not activate.  Click the link in the email to activate your subscription.

    • A=93-100; B=85-92; C=76-84; D=70-75; F=0-69
    • E=Excellent; G=Good; S=Satisfactory; U=Unsatisfactory; N/A=Not Applicable; I=Improvement Needed

    • Regular school hours are 8:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., Monday-Friday.
    • Early dismissal day hours are 8:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. on some Wednesdays.
    • Regular office hours are 7:45-3:45 p.m.
    • Early drop off is available: 7:30 a.m. No charge.  Children are directed to enter and stay inside gym.

  • Sickness (Communicable Diseases)
    • Because of close contact with other children and the possibility of spreading germs, it is recommended that students who show any of the following signs or symptoms be kept at home from school:
  • Cold
  • Discharging nose
  • Red or watery eyes
  • Sore Throat
  • Excessive coughing
  • Stiff or rigid neck
  • Swollen glands
  • Skin eruptions
  • Vomiting
  • Fever
  • Excessive sneezing
    • Exclusion from the school is expected for these conditions/illnesses
      • Pink Eye - Until eyes are clear and no pus remains
      • Impetigo - Until all crust has gone
      • Ringworm - Until they are not-infectious
    • Exclusion from the school is expected for the following illnesses
      • German Measles - Excluded from school 7 days after onset of rash
      • Measles - Excluded from school 1-2 days prior to onset of symptoms and 4 days after the rash disappears
      • Mumps - 9 days after parotids
      • Whooping Cough - 21 days from onset of cough
      • Chicken Pox - After 5 days of antibiotics and three weeks if no antibiotics are used
      • Poliomyelitis - For 1 week or duration of fever whichever lasts longer
      • Scarlet Fever - For 21 days after onset
      • Hepatitis A - 3-5 days after onset of jaundice
      • TB - Until treatment instituted and infection stage no longer in effect
      • Diphtheria - Until lab tests show that disease is cured
  • SAC - School Advisory Council
  • Tuition
    • Due in full or 50% payment (FACTS plan) on or before May 15th for the following school year.
    • $200 discount offered for full payment in May.
  • Uniform Store

    • Location: The uniform store is located inside the gym on the southwest corner just before the stage.
    • Hours:
      • Tue: 3:00-3:30 p.m.
      • Wed: 8:00-8:30 a.m.
      • Thur: 3:15-3:45 p.m.
      • Closed months of December and May for inventory.  During these periods use email above or call Leticia.

    • All visitors, including parents/guardians, to our school campus grounds must sign in at the school office and receive a visitors badge as required by Archdiocese policy.
